Janet Romanowski believes that success in real estate comes in many forms.
As a top performer at Keller Williams, as well as being credited with negotiating the largest residential sale in the history of West Michigan, she finds the most satisfaction not in her proven sales record, but in the relationships she’s developed with her clients. Janet’s integrity and devotion to the needs of her clients earn her the respect of colleagues and clients alike. In fact, the majority of her sales are the result of word-of-mouth referrals and a clientele she’s worked with in the past.
Janet began her career after graduating from Michigan State University, with a degree in marketing and advertising. She developed her strong work ethic and detail oriented style as a senior marketing coordinator for Guardsman Products/Lilly Industries, before embarking on a career in real estate.
Working with clients in the buying or selling process is where Janet has found her passion. “I get the most satisfaction out of helping people find the perfect home, whether it is their first home, or the home of their dreams!” Janet says. Her enthusiasm is contagious!
As a native of the Grand Rapids area, Janet offers insight into many aspects of the Western Michigan market, from schools to emerging neighborhoods to the best restaurants and shopping in the area.
Janet is an avid runner, who enjoys spending time with her husband, Jay, and their two girls, Carly and Alaina, and their dogs, Cubby and Wrigley. She and her family like to take full advantage of all the area has to offer—from boating on Reeds Lake in the summer, to skiing in the winter.
